Zach brings to EES a powerful combination of technical expertise, product design capability, and deep industry insight.
As the lead in both engineering and client relations, he develops custom manufacturing solutions — from initial concept to finished product. With a passion for problem-solving and a persuasive communication style, he not only attracts new clients but also builds lasting partnerships based on trust and transparency.
He excels at designing tailored solutions that meet each client’s unique requirements — ensuring feasibility, performance, and timely delivery. His strategic thinking, innovative spirit, and hands-on approach continue to shape the success and reputation of EES.
Steven C Dunn
Co-Founder – Operations & Systems Lead
Steven brings discipline, focus, and a strong sense of mission to EES — shaped by his 8 years of service in the U.S. Air Force.
With over 15 years of programming experience before co-founding EES with Zach, he played a key role in developing an internal workflow management system that seamlessly links CNC machine operations with team responsibilities.
This system tracks each step of production — assigning tasks, coordinating transitions between departments, and ensuring that every part progresses smoothly toward final delivery.
His technical expertise, leadership, and relentless drive to get things done continue to shape the operational precision and growth of EES.
